Returns and Refunds Policy
Overview
Our returns and refunds policy is 30 days long. If it has been 30 days since your purchase and you are not satisfied with our product, we can offer you a full refund or exchange. Due to hygiene and some products are not suitable for return, we at tuppix are flexible because we are confident in our products.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact admin@tuppix.com or via support

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Delayed or missing refunds If you have not received your refund yet, first double check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to officially post. Then contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is sent. If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {admin@tuppix.com}.
